<You're not bad luck.> Jake scowled, letting go of Felix with one hand to run his fingers through Lira's hair. <Ekkirtoy turikkaa, Latmaro rekkirt. Flesyk tekksejae Flesykoj.>
You bloom in unexpected ways, selfless Stubborn One. I admire all of you.
Lira looked over at him, her eyes stinging a little, before she suddenly smiled. <I can understand you.>
<You're Mordena. Morjakkael.> It was a statement of simple fact, as if this explained everything worth explaining.— Hands of Destinee, Book 1: A Date with Destinee
To be Morjakkael is to be a full fledged
Mordena. This title is used rarely, most often when addressing someone directly after they have completed the rituals to
Join the Mordena.
Once a Morjakkael has settled into their new life, they are instead referred to as
Jannadael, the name the Mordena use for all citizens of
Janikk. To those living on Janikk, Mordena typically refers only to Jannadael directly assigned to the
Grand Armada or openly serving abroad with
Mordena Public Relations.
"Yukkan Morjakkael, Nikkeer," he whispered into her hair, pulling her close as he settled down for sleep, cradling her gently.
Welcome home, Mordena.— Hands of Destinee, Book 1: A Date with Destinee
