Tongue Lash. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 4) bludgeoning damage, and the target is then grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the Dreadscale cannot use its Tongue Lash on another target. Poison Exhalation (Recharge 5–6). The Dreadscale exhales a cloud of toxic gas in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw, taking 21 (6d6) poison damage and have the poisoned condition on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one and no poisoned condition.
