Disgustingly resilient. Xogen can only be damaged if the resulting damage of a single instance is 10 or greater.

Corrosive Aura. Xogen has an aura surrounding her body of noxious gases and odours. Any creature who spends a whole turn within her aura must make a Constitution saving throw (DC21). Taking damage for every failed save, and less damage for every successful save. Characters with a Con score of 19 or higher have advantage on the saves. (1. 2d4 Poison damage, 2. 2d4 poison & 2d4 acid damage, 3. 2d4 poison & 3d6 acid damage, 4. 2d4 poison, 3d6 acid damage and poisoned & disadvantage on rolls using Strength, 5. 3d6 poison, 6d6 acid, poisoned & disadvantage on rolls using Strength and Constitution, 6. 6d6 poison, 5d10 acid, poisoned, disadvantage on rolls using Strength and Constitution & max HP being reduced by 2d10 as well as taking that damage).

Legendary Resistance (5/day). When Xogen fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Pestilent Perseverance. If Xogen would be reduced to 0 hit points, her current hit point total instead resets to 500 hit points, her Sturdy damage threshold increases by 1d8, and she regain any expended uses of Legendary Resistance. Additionally, Xogen can now use the options in the "Mythic Actions" section for 1 hour.

Actions

Multiattack. Xogen can make a pair of claw attacks (+18 to hit, 1d6 slashing & 2d4 + 8 acid damage).

Bite. Xogen can make a bite attack with her massive abdominal maw (+18 to hit, 1d8 piercing damage).

Spellcasting. Xogen is a 30th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 25, +17 to hit with spell attacks).

Bonus Actions

Consume. If Xogen connected with her bite attack, she can attempt to grapple her enemy, on a success wrapping them in her tongue and feeding them into her stomach's maw. Taking 72(16d8) acid damage, taking this damage at the start of all of Xogen's turns. While swallowed, the creature is blinded and restrained, it has three quarters cover against attacks and other effects outside of Xogen.

Belch. If Xogen hasn't consumed someone, she can violently belch her maw, and upchuck a blob of bile (20ft range, +18 to hit, 2d10 acid damage, splash for 1d10 + 4 acid damage in 5ft.).

Reactions

Opportunity Attack. Xogen can make a claw attack if an enemy moves past or out of her vicinity.

Tongue Trip. Xogen can use her reaction to use her giant middle tongue to try and trip a hostile creature. The enemy must make a a Strength Saving Throw (DC26), falling prone on a failure.

Legendary Actions

Xogen can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Xogen regains spent legendary actions at the start of their turn.

Attack. Xogen makes one melee attack her claws.

Belch Ball. Xogen can belch one of her bile balls from her stomach maw at a target.

Noxious Stream (2 Actions). Xogen spews from both mouths a stream of bile up to a 30ft line. Everyone in the way must make a DC18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 18 (4d8) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success. Anyone consumed automatically fails the saving throw.

MYthic actions

Toxic Cloud (2 Actions). Xogen's body ripples and gurgles as a toxic cloud emanates from every opening on her body. Spreading out 15ft in all directions, dissipating at the end of her next turn. Anyone within the area, must make a DC25 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned, suffer 22(4d10) poison damage and 22(4d10) acid damage. Taking only half damage on a success and not being poisoned. Anyone who critically fails the saving throw takes double damage, and is blinded for 1 minute.

Noxious Gale (3 Actions). Xogen can summon a massive wall of toxic gas to sweep over the battlefield. All creatures within 300ft of Xogen must make a Strength saving throw (DC25) or be thrown off their feet and blown back 30ft. Everyone within the area, must also make a DC22 Constitution saving throw, suffering 53 (5d20) acid damage, and 17 (3d10) bludgeoning damage. This corrosive cloud persists for 10 minutes, and anyone within the area, takes 1d20 acid damage at the beginning of their turn.

Lair Actions

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Xogen takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects.

Gaseous Geyser. Xogen chooses a spot on the ground she can see within 90ft and funnels her putrid powers through the ground. A burst of acidic gas erupts from the ground at the chosen destination. Any creature within 10ft of the geyser must succeed a Dexterity saving throw (DC18) or take 4 (1d6) acid damage, or half as much on a successful save. The gas emitted lightly obscures anything beyond, until it dissipates at the next initiative count of 20.

Fetid Floor (once every 3 rounds). The ground beneath everyone's feet begins to crack and crumble. Odours and vapours start to seep through the cracks in the ground as burbles and groans. The ground becomes unstable, making the area within 10ft of anyone of medium size or larger become difficult terrain. On the next Lair Action, in addition to whichever action is taken, the crumbled rock opens and the putrid odours break forth. Anyone caught in the area that was difficult terrain must make a constitution saving throw (DC16) taking 10 (4d4) poison damage and 10 (4d4) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save.

A giant arid plateau resting atop massive mountain peaks sitting above the clouds, sitting flat with barely any deviation in elevation, save for a single villa sized temple. The temple consists of nothing more than walls, a 50ft diameter Dias against one of the inner walls. The land outside of the temple is barren, only an arid landscape with dead plants and cracked plates of land, and a seemingly perpetual greyish-black sky.

Regional Effects

Usual Tactics

A grotesque obese creature with two stumpy legs and two knees (think like Krampus' legs but fatter). A giant toothy maw stretches across her stomach, with a giant tongue lapping out. Swollen forearms with broken jagged nails. A horrid maw with pointed teeth jutting in different directions, 6 glowing green eyes, and a head of uneven, gnarled horns. She is covered in boils and blisters and growths, weeping pus, blood and other discharges. They are somewhere between a dirty tea green and sage green in colour. She stands around 11ft tall in her normal hunched form, growing to 12'6" if she straightens her posture.
