Rena Palemare walked up a mountain trail to the village of Crest. She had managed to avoid the knights after Millia tossed her, HER, into the Raybrandt Bay. She was livid at the time though it is the only reason she isn't behind bars right now. Now she is mad at herself. She spent far to long in Palemare getting away with her heart's desire she forgot some of her childhood lessons. Mainly that others had 'morality' and ways they expected a citizen to behave. She may be better than them but they did out number her. Still her time in Raybrandt did reveal just how successfully Megai's demons were in making it sound like her barony, and by extension her, were amazing. She'll just have to learn on that reputation to make herself look like the victim. First things first though, she needs to get the lesser creatures of crest to give the queen's location. Even she can be hard to find in the mountains if those preposterous tales about her size are true. 

After finally reaching the top of the hill she can make out the village. Rather pathetic for the 'head' of this region. Dirt paths, simple wooden buildings, and even their forge was simpler than she would have imagined. No sighs of the knights though she perhaps she's ahead of them which would make spinning her tale all the easier. Just have to order someone to take her to Queen Raybrandt's location. She finds a blond haired lady agreian elf and one of the rock men known as the golamar fixing a wagon. Rena clears her throat "I am Baroness Palemare. I hear by order you to take me to the queen's current location." The rock man looked confused but the now irritated elf replies "I could to tell you who could give you directions but not to a rude lass with more money than sense enough to realize she can't order us around. Now gain some manners or piss off. We are busy." Rena was slightly taken aback as she is used peasants obeying such an order. Even the commoners in Raybrandt obeyed such requests, though they didn't necessarily seem pleased and Crest has been without nobility for some time. Perhaps she'll request to 'take care' of the Crest region once this matter is handled. For now though she mush play along. Rena does a small bow "forgive me. I am unfamiliar with the customs of Crest. May your inform me of who knows the queen's current location?" Imara points behind Rena "Better. That would be the chief. She's approaching now." Rena turns around to ace this chief only to be greeted by a shinkai! This particular shinkai was very pale like most of her kind and wore a rather simple black shinobi looking attire. On her head was a black metallic mask which had what looked like horns coming out roughly were the eyes would be and framed by her white hair. What caused Rena to unsheathe her sword however was the forearm mounted krilla cannons! Rena orders "halt shinkai and keep the krilla cannons to your side! Why are you so far inland?!" The elf yells behind Rena "Hey bitch! Put your sword down before I make you!" Rena baffled turned to the elf who she saw now wilding a sword as large as she is!! Rena exclaims "Are you mad!?! She is a shinkai!" Imara shouts back "and our chief! Now put that damned swor...." She is cut off as the chief says "Calm yourself Imara. She poses no real danger to me." Imara reluctantly obeys as the chief speaks to Rena "curious. You know not only my species true name but what my weapon was called down to the make as well. Makes me wonder who taught you such things. Though I have a suspicion with the evil I sense lurking deep within you...." Rena silently curses herself. In her shock she forgot that most mortals don't know some of the things Megai taught her. That evil line has to be bullshit though. No way she can see that. The chief points to nearby mountains and speaks "Queen Luna is in the valley yonder. Go to her and do not return. You are not welcome here." Rena looks around her before agreeing "indeed I am not." She sheaths her sword and turns to the direction the queen is in. Yet another mistake. So long as she gets ot the queen first though it won't matter.
