  Rion Valeria is the 17th Child of Valerian Royal Line, which means that even though he'll never be King he still has to behave like a Royal. He's had to avoid everything that could make him stand out for fear of retribution by his older siblings, who may see it as an attempt to steal their spot at the throne. This all changes when he receives a summons from his father and a new post as Head Coach of the Valdreyan Dawnbreakers, the Skythe Team that the Royal Family own and operate. With no choice but to accept, Rion is thrust into a whole new world of politics, intrigue, drama, and the heat that only can come from the pitch. The only good thing about all of this, is that his love for the game circles around the tactics, and that's exactly what he plans to focus on.
  Coren Halverk was a soldier before he ever was a Skythe Player, so he understands the importance of Leadership, especially during difficult times. He also knows when someone's being shoved off on an assignment that might as well be a death sentence. So, when the new Coach arrives and is younger than almost every player on the team, the alarms bells begin going off.
