#4: Nostalgia
Invented by: Ancestors
Type: Social
Complexity: Medium-high (C5)
We use it for: reminiscing, mixed draughts
Appearance: cloudy, cool grey liquid, (looks like paintbrush water IT IS NOT PAINTBRUSH WATER) has the appearance of a swirling raincloud contained within a glass, viscosity of water.
Taste: varies depending on the consumant.
Effect: an apeirogon draught - it possesses no definitive scent or taste, but adapts itself to the person drinking it, assuming the fond sensations of the consumant's past. As the name implies, the draught produces a strong feeling of nostalgia (bittersweet yearning for things of the past).
Notes
- Requires a memory draught to serve as a foundation. Steeping and distillation steps can be a little tricky. Do not attempt to brew if you do not have time to keep an eye on it all the way through; very easy to mess up. -Miqo
- Can use drops of this draught to spice up other draughts or for use in custom brews. Personally I think a few drops of Nostalgia is better than a whole shot of the stuff. -Miqo
- SOME people claim that the drink resembles paintbrush water, when it clearly resembles a raincloud in a glass. -Miqo
- That's definitely paintbrush water. -Solebarr
