You magically mend a break or tear in an object you touch, such as a torn cloak, a broken wand, or shattered glass. As long as the break is no larger than 1 foot in any dimension, you can restore it to its original form. This spell can’t restore magical charges or effects, but it does repair damaged magical foci, spellbooks, or armor as long as the damage isn’t magical in nature.
