Piercing Drain (Recharge 4-6). The Big Sister makes a single attack roll against a creature within 5ft, on misses nothing happens and the turn is wasted, on hit the target takes 21 (3d12) Necrotic and the Big Sister heals the total of the two highest dice of the damage dealt.
Charge. If the Big Sister moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits with a melee attack, the target creature takes an additional 8 (2d6) and the creature must make a strength saving throw DC 16 or be knocked prone. The Big Sister also gets an extra 10ft movement after the Charge.
Actions
Multiattack . The Big Sister can make 3 attacks with her lance or a mixture of Telekinetic Barrage, Fire Ball Shot, and Lance attacks.
Draining Lance: +8 to hit, reach 10ft, one target, Hit 11 (1d10+5) Piercing and an additional 4 (1d6) Necrotic
Telekinetic Barrage (Recharge 5-6): The Big sister replaces one of its attacks with a barrage of telekinetically manipulated debris in a 20ft cone dexterity saving throw DC 18, on fail creature takes 15 (3d8), on success take half.
Fire Ball Shot (Recharge 5-6): The Big Sister replaces one of her attacks and fires a casting of Delayed Blast Fireball at a creature or location. The spell Follows all normal rules of the spell.
Reactions
Burst. If the big sister is damaged by Fire, Cold, or Lightning, the Big Sister can take a reaction to cause a burst of the same type in a 5ft radius dealing 8 (2d6) Fire, Cold, or Lightning damage.
As the Little Sisters grew older in Rapture, the physical and mental conditioning forced on them had a terrifying aftermath on their bodies. Although they could no longer produce ADAM themselves, their exposure to the substance made them grow taller than most normal girls their age and granted them incredible strength. The mental conditioning given to them by Dr. Yi Suchong, which once tricked them into seeing Rapture as a beautiful utopia, slowly drove them insane and made them highly aggressive.
One more problem with the pubescent girls was that traces of Plasmids found in the ADAM they recycled began to show in the girls' genes, allowing them to use these dangerous powers against anyone who crossed them. As more and more of the Little Sisters began to grow into these feral beasts, Gilbert Alexander decided to use new mental conditioning methods and advanced diving suits to convert the girls into a new form of protector. These 'Big Sisters' (a name chosen by the Little Sisters) would not only protect the younger ones but also retrieve any ADAM stolen from the Rapture Family.
