Steal Item: As an action, the Phryexian Censor may take one small item and "adhere" it to his body, whwereupon it appears as a bump on the Phyrexian Censor's skin. For each category above small, the time is doubled. A Phyrexian Censor may have a maximum equivalent of a "huge" amount of magic items adhered to it.
