Innate Spellcasting. The spriggan matron's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no spell slots:

Servant of Kyne. Any beast that moves within 30 feet of the spriggan will become charmed by it. Becoming friendly to the spriggan and hostile to any creature the spriggan is hostile to. If the spriggan is hostile to a beasts ally, that beast can make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw to avoid this affect. A beast that passes the saving throw cannot be charmed by the spriggan for 24 hours.   Beast Call. When the spriggan matron summons beasts with it's Flock of Familiars or Summon Beast spell. The beasts will be real rather than spectral and can attack on thier turns. Additonally it's summon beast spell will summon any CR 1/4 or less beast, chosen by the spriggan matron and use their stat blocks rather than the bestial spirit stat block. Niether spell will require concentration for the spriggan matron to maintain.   Innate Regeneration. The spriggan regains 1 hit point at the start of each of it's turns (stacks with the Regenerate spell) and can restore its own severed limbs using the severed limb and an action.   Magic Resistance. The spriggan has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Multiattack. The spriggan matron can attack twice with its claws.   Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6+4) slashing damage, plus 7 (2d6) poison damage.   Invisible Passage. The spriggan magically turns invisible until it attacks or casts a spell, or until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). While invisible, it leaves no physical evidence of its passage, so it can be tracked only by magic.

Bonus Actions

Swarm Mother (Recharge 4-6). The spriggan matron summons a Swarm of Bees in its space using its bonus action. The swarm is friendly to the spriggan and hostile to any creature the spriggan is hostile to.
