Okotlama are sadistic, degenerate fish-like humanoids, to the native they are known as Okotlama. They serve an unknown and deranged sea deity they call Kuultzakoooltal. They are a powerful aquatic race with scaly skin of green or brown, with webbed fingers and toes. Their mouths are filled with fangs and they breathe through the use of gills. Fins jut out from a sahuagin's head, back, and arms, and a sahuagin has a finned tail. They are much stronger, faster, and smarter than humans. A light stench of rotten fish is constantly exuded by their bodies. They are aproximately 6 ft. tall and weigh around 200 pounds. Despite their minds being long taken by madness, their priests are still capable of wielding magic.
