Area fighter. Reacher can never be flanked. If Reacher is facing a creature its size or smaller, and there are no other creatures withing 5ft of Reacher, the it gains advantage on all attacks.
Grapple. As a bonus action after making a melee attack, Reacher can attempt to grapple a creature. For every free hand it has, Reacher gains an extra +1 to the contested check. If a creature it grappled by it, Reacher loses the use of one of its hands until it is no longer grappling a creature. If no hands are free, the grapple automatically fails.
Multiattack. The Reacher makes five fist attacks and two claw attacks.
Fist. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) 2d6+5 bludgeoning damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (3d10 + 5) 3d10+5 piercing damage.
Choke Hold. If Reacher has a creature grappled, it can attempt to knock out the creature. The grappled creature must pass a DC 16 CON Save. On a fail, the creature is no longer grappled, but is unconscious until the end of its next turn.
Reactive. The Reacher can take one reaction on every turn in combat.
Fighting Fist. If a creature moves into Reacher's reach or starts its turn there, Reacher can make a fist attack against it.
